1. Introduction

At Carzo Car Wash Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a flexible and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

2. Service Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their car wash booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled service without any cancellation fee.
If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for no-show customers who fail to cancel their booking in advance.

b) Cancellation by Carzo Car Wash

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, technical issues, or staff unavailability).
In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative booking date or a full refund.

3. Refund Policy

We process refunds based on the following conditions:

a) Full Refund

Customers are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
✔️ If Carzo Car Wash cancels the service due to operational reasons.
✔️ If the customer cancels at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

b) Partial Refund

Customers will receive a partial refund (80%) if they cancel less than 2 hours before the service. The remaining 20% will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

c) No Refund

❌ No refunds will be provided once the car wash service has been completed.
❌ No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Changes to Bookings

Customers can reschedule their appointment without any extra charges if they inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to service availability.
